The permanent tooth started growing in behind it while we were on our New York trip, so we were a little worried, but the dentist said it was definitely getting loose and would fall out on its own soon. It took almost two months, but it did!
We had put the kids to bed that night, with Karyssa refusing to let Jason pull the tooth, although it was hanging on by just a string. We were slightly concerned that she would swallow it in her sleep. About 15 minutes later, they both came down very excited. She apparently had gotten up and used some floss, and flossed the tooth right out!
