Thank You!

With two days left until the March for Babies, we have met our goal of $500!!  I am floored by the generosity of my friends and family, especially during these times when money is tight.  You can still give, though, by clicking on the link on the right side of this blog.  Remember, every dollar helps save the lives of babies!

We're so excited for the walk this year.  The weather forecast says a high of 81 with zero percent chance of rain Saturday, so it should be a beautiful day!  We have at least 14 people walking with us this year, and ordered 22 t-shirts.

Many of you probably remember the Fig Newton commercial where the mother walks in on her son eating them in bed.  She tells him not to eat cookies in bed, and he replies, " It's not a cookie, mother, it's a Fig Newton."

Well, we got Fig Newtons for our kids about a month ago, and while they were eating them, I turned to Jason and said that line.  Kyran immediately repeated it and laughed.  Now, whenever we break out the Fig Newtons, he has to tell me that it's not a cookie and I finally got it on video!
