Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water, or out in public as our case may be...swine flu. We're really hoping that this does not get any bigger than it seems to be, but each morning there seem to be more confirmed cases of it. We're very careful washing our hands and not letting people touch the babies, but this can be spread just by coughing or sneezing into the air. Very scary. We'll just keep praying that God keeps our babies safe and healthy, along with everyone else around the world.

Kyran's reflux seems to be getting better, although he still gets fussy after he eats and he's been spitting up a bit more this week.

For the past week, both babies have eaten at 10pm and, although waking occasionally during the night to be repositioned or reswaddled, have woken up at 6am to eat. Karyssa slept from 10:30 last night until 5:30 this morning without waking up once, and then fell right back asleep after Jason swaddled her! They seem to be on a schedule that works well for us, as we then feed them every four hours, 10am, 2pm, 6pm and again at 10pm.

Talyse is back at work this week, and Jason had them on Monday, so he brought them to visit Talyse's co-workers, and then to his office to meet the Wells Fargo crew. Everyone loves Karyssa's little lips and Kyran's chubby cheeks!

This weekend, we took them to Sam's Club...twice. The first attempt was thwarted by the babies, who both decided to cry at the same time. Sunday's trip went a little more smoothly, but Karyssa doesn't seem to like Sam's very much.

We posted a new video of Kyran "talking" on Youtube. You can find it by going to http://www.youtube.com/ and searching for "kyranandkaryssa".
