The first night in the nursery, Karyssa screamed for about 25 minutes, until she finally fell asleep, but other than that, neither of them has had any issues. They are still sleeping through the night very well, and even sleeping later than usual, since they don't hear us getting up and getting ready in the mornings.
We found carseats that we like, and that have excellent reviews, but we haven't put them in the van yet. That will probably be a project for this weekend. They are convertible carseats that will go from rear-facing (which they'll probably be until they are about two-years-old), to forward facing and eventually to a booster. The seats are very cushioned, and recline very well in the rear-facing position, so we're hoping that the babies will be comfortable in them.
Kyran's teeth are really coming through, and he seems to be doing fine. Karyssa's gums look a little white and puffy so I think those same two teeth are going to appear for her soon too!!
Her new thing recently is this high-pitched, blood-curdling scream, that makes me think she's in horrible pain, but the second I pick her up, she's fine. I think our little girl has learned to throw temper tantrums! She also, very obviously, loves her mommy, but is quickly becoming a daddy's girl.
When Jason comes home at night, he washes his hands, kisses me and then heads straight for the babies, alternating which one he goes to first. On Karyssa's nights to be first, she's fine. On Kyran's nights, it's a whole other story. She doesn't understand why Daddy doesn't come to hold her immediately.
Kyran still seems to be a "mama's boy", in a good way, but his daddy can make him laugh better than anyone else, aside from Bella!
As promised, here are some pictures from our weekend with the Masterson Six.

Now that is a full mini-van!
And some from the petting zoo that weekend:
