We took the babies to church for the second time this morning and they did pretty well again. Jason did have to take Kyran out briefly, when he started crying during the closing prayer, but he was fine after that.

After church, we took them to Belk, but they apparently aren't big fans of shopping. They did love riding around in their stroller, but cried whenever we stopped!

We spent all day yesterday going through clothes that we have been given by our friends and church family. Talk about overwhelming! It has truly touched us to see how many people are willing to lend us and give us things for the babies!

With all of Kyran's little issues since we came home (reflux, dry skin, rash where the leads stick, etc.) we were beginning to think that Karyssa might just be perfect. We did get a little not-so-great news about her the other day. The side of her head has started getting a little flat, and the doctor said it won't hurt to have her evaluated by a specialist in Charlotte, who may recommend a DOC band, or baby helmet.

It's probably not anything that would cause any health problems, but it might, and we'd like to get it fixed if it needs to be. Please be in prayer for our decisions when it comes to the doctor's recommendation.

Also, since Jason and my mom have taken so much time off since the babies have come home, they can't take that day to go with me to Charlotte. If anyone isn't working and is willing to help me, it would be hugely appreciated!

Several of you have e-mailed me to say that you can't comment on the site, and I finally figured out what was wrong. I've now set it up so that you can post anonymous comments, but please do put your name so that we can tell Kyran and Karyssa all of the wonderful people who have been reading about them.

We have Kyran's follow-up audiologist appointment on Friday, and we are praying for good news and to not have to go back for any more appointments. I'm home with the babies all week, so I'm going to try to get some more videos and pictures posted.

Happy Memorial Day!
