How do they know:
that it's funny to turn their head away as we're trying to kiss them?
that we're always going to catch them when they do a head-first dive off of the furniture?
that we'll hold them longer before naps and bedtime if they put their head on our shoulder?
how to unlock our iPhones and call people? (Karyssa does this).
that Bella and Tang will let them crawl all over them and never get upset?
how to dance?
how to flirt?
how to chew?
how to brush their hair?
how a smile can make "mean mommy" go soft in an instant?
that if they talk loud enough (not cry), they can wake their sibling up to talk and play from their cribs?
I'm sure I'm leaving out many, many things, but these children never cease to amaze me. It's mind-boggling to think about how quickly and how well their little brains are constantly working. No wonder they sleep so much! It must be exhausting just being a baby!
Every time they learn something new, I'm so torn between being excited about their new skill and being sad that one more milestone has passed and that they are truly growing up right before my eyes.

They need to put a "like" button on here! Love you!
Such a great post! Travis and I talk all the time about how everything is so bittersweet. We get so excited when she's doing new things, but we also get sad because we literally see her growing before our eyes and we just want things to slow down!
